Presidiumre: Presidium adding a multifamily complex to Friso Square

Real estate development firm Presidium is building a multifamily development in Frisco Square. The first units of the 337,000-square-foot residential community broke ground this week and are expected to be completed in June 2023. The complex will have a total of 368 apartment homes.
