Precise Fabrication, Beatrice, Neb., has changed ownership after nearly two decades in business.The company was purchased by Randy Kinney, who also owns IntoMetal, a Lincoln-based manufacturing firm. Kinney said Precise Fabrication will remain in Beatrice under the same name.
