Podipo Blog Gotta have the Maps

Recently my phone told me to go to the middle of a housing development instead of the restaurant I asked for. Earlier in the summer, it sent me down a dead end forest road when I was meeting people out by Yakima for a rafting trip. Last time I was in downtown Bremerton, it told me there was no drivable route back to Seattle less than an hour away. That was the last straw for me and Nokia Maps. It was time for a new map application, but when you have high standards like turn by turn directions and no dead end routes there are few options...
