Ping Identity: Ping Identity overhauls partner program

Ping Identity has redesigned its Nexus Partner Program to include new offerings, go-to-market opportunities and benefits for partners of all types. The digital identity security software vendor's redesigned program embraces the needs of its partner ecosystem, ranging from resellers, global systems integrators (GSI), regional systems integrators (RSI), service providers and technology partners. It will reward and recognise partners for their deep knowledge of the vendor's solutions to help them deliver the level of expertise, experience and results.ARN understands the partner program revamp was driven by a strategic goal to expand market presence while recognising the value its partner ecosystem brings to the business. To double down on its partner-first approach, Ping understood that it needed to start by reimagining the foundation of how it engaged with, supported and rewarded its partners."We are constantly evaluating and looking for ways to improve our customer experience and drive successful outcomes," said Ping vice president Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) Ashley Diffey."The A/NZ market especially relies upon partners for deep domain knowledge and experience to cater for the growth and scale we are seeing."Last year, Ping conducted a global partner survey to determine what its partners need to be successful. Feedback indicated that partners needed a "more unified, cohesive program that makes it easier to work with them", as well as "clear benefits and reflects the diverse ways partners deliver" value, a spokesperson for the company said. This redesigned program is a direct response to that feedback. The program consists of three pathways to enhance clarity, flexibility and value for its partners: the sales endorsed pathway, delivery approved pathway and technology innovation pathway.Additional investments driving Ping partner success cover a knowledge framework tool, a robust partner delivery readiness framework and a reimagined partner portal.Alongside the revamped program, Ping will launch a partner advisory board, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen collaboration and drive mutual success. This board brings together key partners and Ping leaders to create a shared vision for the future, aligning on evolving go-to-market strategies, product innovation and joint marketing solutions."A partnership can't be built in isolation; by setting up a partner advisory board, we aim to engage our partners in a forum where we can share and learn from each other to again drive more successful outcomes for all involved," said Diffey.According to Ping, the partner advisory board was an important step forward in "deepening collaboration and co-creating a unified vision, go-to-market strategy, and broader engagement model with top strategic partners".The board will be composed of a select group of strategic partners who have demonstrated a strong commitment to Ping and a shared investment in delivering market-leading identity security solutions and successful outcomes for customers, the vendor explained.Board members will represent a diverse mix of partner types including global and regional system integrators, managed service providers (MSP), value-added resellers (VAR), technology alliance partners and cloud providers."These partners are recognised not only for their expertise and innovation but also for their alignment with our long-term vision and partner-first strategy," the spokesperson added.
