Credentialing can be an overwhelming task when your hospital experiences an influx of new physicians. Today I would like to share three best practices I picked up working with large hospital groups to speed up the credentialing process and keep non-par adjustments to a minimum. I'm certain these tips will also be helpful for smaller physician groups as well.
