Dallas-based Phoenix Health Systems and Medsphere Systems Corporation, both of which provide healthcare IT consulting, said that the two companies have merged. Phoenix Health Systems, which is based in Richardson, provides outsourced healthcare IT services, including 24x7 service and help desk services, systems implementation, and IT management. Financial details of the merger were not announced. Phoenix was led by Ronald Gue.
