Oscar Wilde once said "When I was young I thought that money was the most important thing in life; now that I am old I know that it is." I may be only 18-years old, but so far in my life I'd have to agree. That in no way means that I think I will only be happy if I've got a seven-figure bank balance, but I can't imagine being happy at all if I'm struggling to feed myself and pay rent when I'm older.
