Peters & Monyak Blog Jeff Bazinet and Austin Ellis Prevail in Product Liability Action

Attorneys Jeff Bazinet and Austin Ellis recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of a multinational product manufacturer. The plaintiffs brought product liability and negligence claims in this toxic tort lawsuit. Mr. Bazinet and Mr. Ellis successfully argued that the plaintiffs' discovery efforts failed to create a jury issue against their client. The court agreed and granted summary judgment. This is the second time in 2019 that Mr. Bazinet and Mr. Ellis have successfully obtained summary judgment in a hotly contested product liability action.
