Perleybrook Labs LLC has announced Statiked 1.0.1, an update to their static blog management application for Mac. A native OS X application, Statiked allows users to create and edit posts in familiar editors such as BBEdit and TextMate. Supporting a MetaWeblog API, Statiked can publish blogs on Amazon S3 or Github. There are no bash commands to remember and no databases to configure. The update includes unicode URLs support, minor big fixes, and a more intuitive blog creation process.
