Performance Pipe, a division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, released a new polyethylene (PE) pipe that significantly improves abrasion resistance in industrial and energy applications such as mining, oil and gas gathering, produced water, liners, power plants, dredging and pumping. The DriscoPlex® 4800 Series PE pipe is manufactured from high-quality medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) and conforms to ASTM F714 and D3350.
