Columbus-based Peak Property Group has stepped into the West Virginia University student housing market in a big way. The company joined Glen Mills, Pa.-based Roch Capital in the purchase of the 992-bed West Run Apartments in Morgantown, W.Va.. Details of the purchase were not immediately available but the joint venture financed the acquisition through Redwood Trust.
