Michelle Donaldson has been appointed to a newly developed role of Regional Property Manager for Peak Properties, a Chicago-based property management company. Now supervising three condo deconversion buildings totaling nearly 800 units, she is responsible for complete property oversight, serving as liaison between Peak Properties’ team and owners. Duties include managing office/engineering personnel, and overseeing all building operations including financials, leasing, and site maintenance.
