Payroll Maxx: Asure Software Buys Payroll Maxx

Austin-based Asure Software, which develops human capital, human resources, and other related software, said on Monday that it has acquired Payroll Maxx,/b>, a developer of enterprise workforce management technology for the small- to mid-sized employer market. Financial details of the buy were not announced, however, Asure Software said that, based on its acquisition, it now expects achieve revenue of $104 million to $107 million with non-GAAP EBITDA margin of 22% to 24% (or $23 million to $25 million). Payroll Maxx was founded in 1998, and is based in Omaha, Nebraska. Asure said that Payroll Maxx was already a reseller of its Evolution HRIS platform.
