Pavilion REIT: Pavilion REIT reports 9% increase in 1Q 2025 income amid retail sector growth

Pavilion REIT has reported its performance for the first quarter of 2025. The REIT's income before taxation rose 9% to MYR90.4 million compared to MYR83.2 million in the same period last year.
