Melanie Thomas is the most recent addition to the Parallel Risk Advisors team. As Director of Learning and Operations, Melanie brings extensive commercial underwriting experience in addition to her prior work as a learning consultant. In her new role, she will work with tenured team members to build and oversee the Parallel Learning Program, identify learning and developmental needs for employees and drive initiatives that align with and support firm strategies.
