Paradigm Windows Solutions: Paradigm Window Acquired by Private Equity Firm

Paradigm Window Solutions, a manufacturer of custom vinyl windows in the Northeast, has been acquired by Cleveland-based private equity firm CapitalWorks. Terms of the deal, the fourth for CapitalWorks in the past 12 months, were not disclosed.
