Over Easy, Inc. on Tuesday, Oct. 6., officially opened its second location in the Birmingham area at Dolly Creek Station shopping center in Vestavia Hills. The new 4,200-square-foot store is located at 2409 Acton Road in Birmingham. Over Easy is now open for breakfast and lunch at the Acton Road location, according to a release from the company.
