New fulfilment centre.After 13 years of trading and expansion, we've decided to further improve our warehouse space and at the same time open another fulfilment centre closer to courier hubs and major travel links, this expansion should in turn improve our already best in class customer order fulfilment processes. The expansion and move into additional premises means that we will be busy transferring our stock whilst at the same time completing a stock audit. Anyone that has moved house knows it would be a logistical nightmare to go to work and move at the same time, therefore all orders placed between 13th August and 31st August will not be processed until we are back up and running on Monday 3rd September. Local customers will still be able to pick-up from our normal trading address strictly by appointment only and support will be via our website contact form only. There will be short delays in responding to support requests but we'll try our best to minimise any impact. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period, we do however believe that it will allow us to improve our offering and service to both existing and new customers.
