ONIX Group: Onix Group to Pay $1.25 Million to Settle Data-Breach Lawsuit

Onix Group LLC would pay $1.25 million to settle allegations it failed to protect the personal information of nearly 310,000 people that was exposed in a March 2023 data breach, under a deal given initial approval in a federal court.
