Lenexa has agreed to issue $19 million in industrial revenue bonds and to offer a property tax abatement to help finance a new headquarters for Oddo Development at 105th Street and Lackman Road. The company plans to build a 92,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility - it's third relocated headquarters - down the street from its current headquarters, the Shawnee Mission Post reports.
