NTC Foundation and Cygnet Theatre are partnering in the adaptive reuse of historic, former Navy Building 178 at ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station - transforming it into a world-class performing arts center that will serve as a cultural gathering space for the community, and Cygnet Theatre's new permanent home.
