Nopec: NOPEC sought $86.6 million from FirstEnergy Solutions, settles for $5.4 million

FirstEnergy Solutions has paid NOPEC $5.6 million in cash that NOPEC said the company owed it after FES abruptly cancelled its nine-year contract three years early to supply electricity to 500,000 customers represented by NOPEC.
