Had an amazing time at the Catersource Conference and Tradeshow today! I attended some great demonstrations on chocolate art and fondant techniques from our friends over at Chef Rubber, witnessed some incredible ice sculpting, and tasted and nibbled and tasted some more of the not only beautiful but creative and delicious delights of all the sweet and savory offerings of the day. I got a lot of exciting new and fresh ideas to try out in our own kitchen, and many many party ideas for the next big thing.
