Ncs - National Citizen Service: Cope joins the National Citizen Service Trust

Michael Cope has joined not-for-profit social enterprise organisation the National Citizen Service Trust as its remuneration and policy manager. As part of his new role, Cope will develop and implement an approach to align reward and performance, introduce a benefits menu and platform and an HR policy suite, create grading and pay structures, and design an employment brand.
