NCPC: One year post-launch, effort to revitalize Pennsylvania Avenue begins in earnest

We haven't heard much of the Pennsylvania Avenue Initiative since its public launch nearly one year ago, but the effort to revitalize the iconic 1.2-mile corridor between the White House and the U.S. Capitol is about to enter a meaty stage.
