A blanket ban on 'A Boards' has been imposed by Bradford Council. Traders are up in arms following a fall in business and the council have been forced to canvass businesses to find alternatives to help save their businesses.This week, Bradford Council heard from disabled resident Andrew Gale who spoke of the dangers he faced with paveent signs. ILKLEY councillors have asked to hear the views of traders on alternative ways of promoting local business as Bradford Council imposed a blanket ban on A-boards. "I feel really strongly about these A-boards," he told the council in public session adding "The pavements are very narrow in Ilkley and you're pushed about like cattle because these A-boards are restricting the space."
