Two, Austin-based companies--MX Toolxbox and Offers.com, have both been acquired by Internet services company J2 Global. Financial details of the two, separate acquisitions were not announced. MX Toolbox is a provider of domain name utilities and tools; Offers.com is an coupon code and deals site. J2 Global is based in California, and owns such companies as eFax, FuseMail, Onebox, as well as IGN, PCMag, Ziff Daviss, and other online publications.
