Mustbin: Brian Shin-founded Mustbin sells assets to Silicon Valley company

Boston-based Mustbin Inc., a security-focused mobile app maker founded by local entrepreneur Brian Shin, announced Wednesday it has sold its technology assets to a Silicon Valley startup. Mountain View-based LifeSite Inc. bought Mustbin's tech, which allows smartphone users to encrypt and securely store their data in the cloud, for an undisclosed amount.
