Multisorb Technologies: Chicago-based Filtration Group buys Multisorb

Multisorb Technologies Inc. has a new owner and that could mean further growth at the company's Buffalo, New York-based headquarters. The packaging company - which makes products that extend the shelf life of consumer goods - was first acquired four years ago by senior company managers Michael McGee and James Renda, and local private equity firm Summer Street Capital Partners.
