MPG: Tech company HelpSystems snaps up Colorado firm

Software company HelpSystems Inc. has completed its latest acquisition, snapping up a Colorado-based tech company for an undisclosed amount. The acquired company is Boulder, Colo.-based Midrange Performance Group, which makes tools companies use to monitor their IT systems' performance and capacity.
