Morrisjames: Morris James elects partner, counsel

Morris James announced that Barnaby Grzaslewicz was elected to the partnership. Barnaby is a member of the corporate and commercial corporate and commercial litigation practice. Barnaby concentrates his practice in corporate governance, fiduciary, contract, and business-tort litigation. He represents directors, officers, stockholders, and employees in Delaware state and federal courts. Morris James also announced the promotion of Ryan Keating to Counsel in the firm’s Medical Malpractice group.
