To understand what Mark Maxwell is trying to do with the music store his family started in Jeffersonville, it helps to know a bit about him. Maxwell, 49, is the oldest son of Marvin and Beverly Maxwell, who started Mom's Music Inc. in Louisville more than 35 years ago. Like his father, who played drums in a number of regionally successful band in the 1960s and 1970s, Mark also has played in a number of bands.
