MOD Resources: MOD shareholders vote for Sandfire

The shareholders of takeover target MOD Resources on Tuesday approved a takeover offer by fellow listed Sandfire Resources. While shareholder approval for the transaction has now been obtained, the offer still remained subject to a number of conditions, including approval by the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and an independent expert determining that the offer was in the best interest of MOD shareholders.
