Mobi Tech: Software maker MobiTech International raises financing

MobiTech International Inc. reported raising a $100,000 round of financing. The Austin company collected the capital from a lone investor, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. MobiTech, which was founded 2008, develops mobile software for businesses. On its website, the company lists for its headquarters an address in Utah.
