Engineering, environmental and surveying firm Souder, Miller & Associates has made some internal promotions. Former vice president and general civil business line manager Douglas W. Mize Sr. was elected president of the organization, according to a news release. Mize is replacing Peter Fant, who served as president of Souder, Miller for 20 years.
