Chief Steve Courtoreille and the MCFN Council are very pleased to announce that Shell has allocated $500,000 to the First Nation for the Elders Care Centre. The funds, which are being flowed to the First Nation through Shell's Social Investment program and will be applied to the costs of the construction of this facility. The First Nation, is also eligible to apply for further assistance in 2013 and 2014 in this regard.Chief Steve Courtoreille and Council wish to thank Shell for their generous contribution towards the well-being of all of our Elders in Fort Chipewyan.
