Midway: Planned highway overpass called obstacle to big mixed-use development project in Hutto

Big-box retailers apparently are being scared off by a potential highway overpass that would limit access to the planned development on Hutto's 250-acre Cottonwood tract. Plans for it have been compared to Austin's Mueller neighborhood.
