Along with proprietary optical design, Optical Positioning Sensor (OPS™) Series has built-in interpolation and AGC. Sensor can be configured with optical limits to reduce cabling and works with MicroE cut-to-length linear tape, linear glass, and rotary glass scales. Cyclical error up to ±25 nm enables positioning accuracy up to ±3 µm/m and smooth velocity control.
