Houston-based developer Martin Fein Interests Ltd. plans to break ground on its third Springwoods Village apartment project by January. The new project, dubbed The Canopy at Springwoods Village, is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to a press release. The luxury, garden-style project will be on Spring Stuebner Road close to Interstate 45.
