Mesiniaga: Mesiniaga secures RM44m contract to develop corporate registry system

Mesiniaga Bhd has been awarded a RM43.62 million contract by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for the development of the corporate registry system (CRS). The information technology service management company said the contract includes the development, supply, implementation, training, support, warranty and maintenance of the CRS, and that this will contribute positively to its earnings and net assets from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023.
