Mega Cebu Blog OECD returns to Cebu to consult locals

The Paris-based Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) returned to Cebu last June 15-17 to consult local resource persons about their draft study, Urban Green Growth in Dynamic Asia (UGGiDA).
