McGraw Powersports Group: Insurance Firms Sell for $300M

McGraw Insurance Inc. in Anaheim was sold last week along with the affiliated Pacific Specialty Insurance Co. for $299.5 million to BHIC Inc., a unit of publicly traded Biglari Holdings Inc. in San Antonio.
