February 2020, Sydney Australia. The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecution (CDPP) implemented caseHQ CMS from McGirr Technologies in a national rollout the premier Case Management System. McGirr were chosen from a list of local and multi-national vendors because of the functionality of the system presented and the willingness to extend the product to meet the demands of the CDPP business. Cases with the CDPP can run across decades and although cases may be currently closed, they could be reopened at any time. McGirr Technologies worked closely with the CDPP to build a dynamic data migration facility that could reopen cases from their previous legacy CMS into caseHQ. This meant that the business could continue to function with a common case management platform and not have to refer to the older system. The project was completed in 4 months and is now in production and being used constantly.
