Louisville-based Salzman Cosmetic Surgery and Spa is moving to a new location at 47000 Chamberlain Lane from Dutchmans Parkway this week. The company, formerly known as Salzman Institute of Cosmetic Surgery, will be open for business at the new location on Monday, Dec. 15, Dr. Marc Salzman told me in a recent interview.
