Manekin: Former Giant distribution center in Jessup sells to joint venture involving Manekin

The former Giant Food warehouse in Jessup has sold to a joint venture that includes Manekin LLC. Boston-based AEW Capital Management and Columbia-based Manekin paid an undisclosed sum for the 730,000-square-foot distribution center, known as the Baltimore Washington Logistics Center.
