Make Up By Mer Blog Does the rest of your Makeup match up with your Lipstick Color?

Makeup should compliment your natural beauty, no matter how much or little you use. For this look, the focus was on the model’s RED LIPSTICK. This color red had more orange undertone on her skin. I swatched the back of her hand first to test how it appears on her skin.  Now, I needed to make sure that the rest of her makeup matched up with that lipstick shade.  For eyes, I used a rustic eye shadow  called Relish by Urban Decay and smoked it out to give a halo affect.
