Happy first day of fall! With the kiddos back in
school and our busy season in full swing here at Main Event, we thought we
would share a few of our favorite, energy-boosting afternoon snacks. All
three snacks use fall ingredients and are part of the clean-eating movement
we’re seeing in every aspect of the culinary world. The pumpkin-chocolate
chip cookies are vegan, gluten free + nut free! We used oat flour + whole
rolled oats for great texture. The crunchy chickpeas are roasted and then
tossed with a warming mixture of chili powder, cardamom, coriander +
cumin. Last but not least, the dark chocolate bark is infused with orange
zest + cinnamon, then topped with pecans, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries +
