Magnum Properties: Magnum Properties buys vacant Lorna Road lot

A large lot on a retail-dense section of Hoover has been sold. Magnum Properties has purchased a nearly 40,000-square-foot parcel at 3041 Lorna Road from BFW Liquidations. SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller. Martin Smith was the broker. The price of the sale or future plans for the 0.73-acre lot were not disclosed, but the property could be used for office or retail.
