Magnum Properties: Magnum Properties acquires three single-tenant office buildings

Birmingham's Magnum Properties has acquired three single-tenant office buildings across the metro, all currently occupied by RealtySouth. Magnum owner Price Hightower said the three buildings, located at 3170 Pelham Pkwy., 1222 Alford Ave. in Hoover and 428 Main Street in Trussville, will remain leased to RealtySouth for the foreseeable future.
