Lumate: Lumate is latest startup to leave T-REx

Lumate, the St. Louis-based startup that uses big data to improve the mobile ads experience for companies and consumers, is among the latest companies to graduate from the Downtown T-REx co-working space and move into its own space. The company signed a three-year lease to move into the third floor of the Cosmopolitan Building, 1112 Olive St. Terms of the deal were not made public.
